In the final action that took place at the Airlangga Convention Center, Surabaya today, real luck was in favor of the 23-year-old athlete when he recorded a victory over the host Olympian, Maryam March Maharani.

The victory belonged to Farah Izzati when the match referee disqualified her opponent for bringing an object that was not allowed into the ring during the final fight.

The Perak-born athlete admitted that he was happy to record a victory over Maharani, who will carry Indonesia's challenge to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games on July 26 to August 11 next year.
