SERDANG, 15 April 2025 - The Sports Academy held an online Awareness and Strengthening Briefing on Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) aimed at creating awareness and cultivating consistent EKSA practices among the Sports Academy staff. The briefing was delivered by the guest facilitator, Mrs. Zaidina Md Daud, Science Officer from the Faculty of Science, UPM. The briefing, which was delivered online, started at 2.00 pm where the facilitator shared about the background of 5S and the introduction of EKSA, the implementation of EKSA, EKSA criteria, EKSA certification auditing and examples of EKSA good practices. She also shared 5 important things in rebranding 5S to the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA), namely corporate image, conducive work environment, diversity of agencies, creativity and innovation and green practices. The contents of this briefing provided visual examples to help the Sports Academy staff implement EKSA more effectively. It is hoped that after this, the Sports Academy staff will be more aware and succeed in creating a conducive workplace ecosystem.
